about the

Program

  • Carry out agricultural work during the production process of the agricultural unit from nursery, sowing, maintenance, harvesting, storage and transport.
  • Recommend or execute systems of soil conditioning, irrigation, drainage and activities of sowing, harvesting, adaptation and basic transformation of primary products, in accordance with the technical operations recommended in the agricultural production unit.

  • Manage livestock and agricultural activities in accordance with the characteristics of the production system, in accordance with good practices, recommendations and current legislation, and respecting the natural environment of the agricultural production unit.
  • Manage the business of the agricultural production unit at all stages of the operation, taking into account quality and yield parameters and risks due to climatic changes.
  • Carry out data collection tasks, considering the management of inputs, times and production parameters that allow subsequent analysis by researchers in the field.
  • Promote the appropriate use of the infrastructure available in their agricultural production unit.
