Program
- It manages agribusiness enterprises according to the management plan of export projects, taking into account economic, environmental, organizational, and socio-cultural aspects according to the type of project and the agri-food system.
- It designs business models associated with the agroindustrial enterprise based on market opportunities for export purposes, and according to technical, economic, social, environmental, and operational criteria.
- It generates innovation processes in the agroindustrial productive chain from the perspective of production and the global market.
- It formulates applied research projects within the framework of agricultural technology transfer.
- It formulates entrepreneurship projects to provide solutions to regional and national production problems.
- It values sustainability in nature, care and protection of the environment, and social and economic development.

The UIS graduate in Agroindustrial Administration is a leader in agribusiness management; capable of performing in planning, management, decision making and quality assurance in agro-industrial innovation processes, with criteria of sustainability and efficiency in the agro-industrial production chain, from the perspective of the global market. They possess competencies to support scientific research within the framework of the national system of agricultural technology transfer, for integral extension and technological development.
