Program
- To direct the implementation of good agricultural practices according to current standards and the economic activity of the production unit.
- To formulate and execute the agro-industrial business model in all its phases, according to technical recommendations and good manufacturing practices.

- To coordinate or advise on post-harvest and marketing strategies for products and by-products of the agricultural system, taking into account regulations and supply and distribution logistics.

The Agro-industrial Technologist is a person with high ethical, political and professional quality; from an integral perspective and considering the characteristics and competencies necessary to perform in small and medium-sized agricultural and agro-industrial enterprises, they develop competencies in: agricultural production, agro-industrialization, commercialization, entrepreneurship, research, technology transfer and development, environmental protection, communication and knowledge management, partnership and community development.

He can work in companies and public or private organizations executing agro-industrial projects with productivity criteria and respecting environmental sustainability standards, promoting the commercialization of products, according to market needs, supporting research projects oriented to the business model and regional research centers, implementing innovation processes of global marketing consistent with the productive vocation of its agro-industrial unit and the region.
